The reorder suggestion tells apart what to send to Amazon from your warehouse and what you need to buy.
Stock alerts
An email after the nightly sync when a product falls under the reorder level you set and when it runs out, each with its own switch in settings. It is repeated every 7 days while that holds, and a stock-out also shows on the dashboard.
Inbound shipments
FBA shipment stages as Amazon gives them, and supplier shipments you record yourself, from order to arrival.
Returns
How many came back, why, and how many can be sold again, from the FBA returns report, with the amounts actually refunded from the settlement.
Stock guard
Pauses a product's ad when its days of cover fall under your limit, and resumes it when stock returns.
And what it does not
- No arrival date for FBA shipments: Amazon does not give one.
- Alerts, returns and the stock guard are Amazon only. Trendyol shows claim counts, and noon gives no returns report.
- "Send from your warehouse" needs your warehouse count entered.
