We collect the following categories of information: • Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), profile picture, language and country preferences. • Authentication data: when you sign in with Google or another provider, we receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) and a unique account identifier. • Business data: products, inventory levels, shipments, marketplace settings, and pricing information you add to the platform. • Amazon Selling Partner data: when you connect an Amazon seller account, we access listings, orders, fees, inventory, and reports through the official Amazon SP-API in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy. • Billing data: subscription plan, billing address, and transaction history. Card details are processed by our payment providers and never stored on our servers. • Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and approximate location.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows: • Service providers: hosting (Supabase, Vercel), payment processing (Whop), email delivery, and analytics providers, all bound by data-processing agreements. • Amazon: data flows between Sellet and Amazon SP-API only to perform actions you initiate. • Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public. • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
4. Amazon Selling Partner API Data
Sellet acts as a data processor for Amazon SP-API data on your behalf. We only access the scopes you authorize and use the data exclusively to deliver the features you enabled (analytics, inventory tracking, profitability calculations, etc.). You may revoke our access at any time from your Amazon Seller Central account or from your Sellet integrations page. We do not share Amazon data with third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (language, theme), measure usage, and protect against fraud. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. While we work hard to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
