Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sellet (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sellet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using Sellet you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Some features require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice.
5. Amazon Integration
When you connect an Amazon Selling Partner account, you authorize Sellet to access and use the data made available through the Amazon SP-API solely to provide the features you enabled. You are responsible for complying with all applicable Amazon policies, including the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy. You may disconnect the integration at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a normal human can reasonably produce. • Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service without our written consent. • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
7. Intellectual Property
Sellet and all related logos, designs, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
8. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (Amazon, Google, Whop, Supabase, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations and analytics will be accurate in every case. You are solely responsible for business decisions you make based on the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellet and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
